Refund & cancellation policy.

We want you to feel confident when ordering a service from Hanshetey Enterprise. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our website, design and digital services. It applies alongside any project-specific terms agreed with you and does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Before work begins
You may cancel your order before work on your project has started by emailing info@hansheteyenterprise.com with your name, order details and reason for cancellation. We will refund the amount paid for the cancelled service.
After work has started
If you cancel after work has begun, we will review the work completed and any non-recoverable costs agreed for your project. Where a refund is due, we will deduct a fair amount for work already completed and costs already incurred, and return the remaining balance. We will explain any deduction before processing the refund.
Completed services and digital files
Once a service has been completed and the agreed deliverables supplied, the service is generally non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law or the service does not meet the applicable agreed requirements. If you believe there is a problem with your deliverables, contact us promptly so we can review it and discuss a correction or other appropriate remedy.
How to request a refund
Email info@hansheteyenterprise.com with your order number (if available), the email address used at checkout, the service ordered and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear can depend on your payment provider.
Payment issues
If your payment appears successful but you do not receive an order confirmation or hear from us, contact us at the support address above before placing the order again. We will check the payment and order record with you.
