Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Service Nature

Hanshetey Enterprise provides digital and web services. Due to the nature of custom digital work (such as web development, graphic design, and branding), refunds and cancellations are handled strictly based on project milestones and the work already completed.

2. Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a project after the initial payment has been made but before any substantial work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus an administrative or consultation fee.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, we will retain a portion of the payment corresponding to the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation.

3. Refunds

Once a project has been fully delivered and approved by the customer, refunds will not be issued. We work closely with our clients during the design and development phases to ensure complete satisfaction before final delivery.

4. Project Timelines and Delays

Digital project timelines depend significantly on the project scope, timely customer feedback, and receipt of required materials (e.g., text content, images, brand assets). Delays caused by the customer failing to provide required materials or feedback do not constitute grounds for a refund.
